What we collect
Account data: email address, username, password hash, profile fields and the authentication provider you choose.
Content data: projects, graphs, generated node code, store listings, purchases, wallet transactions and the assets you upload.
Technical data: request logs with a request id, IP address, user agent, timestamps, run identifiers and the container and graph a request refers to. Graph logs can contain the values your graph prints, including data you choose to put there.
How we use it
To operate the service: authenticate you, store and run your graphs, deliver store purchases, send transactional email and prevent abuse.
With your consent, we count page views by route pattern to understand which docs and product pages are useful. That count has no cookie, IP address, user agent, referrer or account id.
To diagnose failures and secure the platform. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Node code is fetched from the configured GitLab registry. Email is delivered through the configured SMTP provider. Infrastructure providers process the data needed to host the service.
We disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users from abuse.
Retention
Run records are kept for the configured retention period (30 days by default); run logs are kept for 7 days. Account content stays until you delete it or close the account. Backups follow their own retention and are not used to restore individual accounts on request.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your account data from the account page. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also request a copy, restriction, or object to processing. Contact us through the account page before making a formal complaint.
Security
Passwords are hashed, graph secrets are encrypted at rest, and graph containers run with resource limits. No system is perfectly secure; report a vulnerability through the security contact instead of a public issue.
