Test coins

Store purchases are made with test coins (SGC). No real money is charged, so there is nothing to refund to a payment method. Test balances and purchases may be reset while the product is in development.

Rentals

A rental grants access for the period shown at checkout. Access ends when the rental expires; you can renew from the library or the lease dialog. A rental is not converted into a purchase automatically.

Problems with a purchase

If an asset does not work or an entitlement is missing, contact us from the account page with the order id. We will correct the entitlement or restore the test balance where the problem is on our side.
